Your assistants
You are signed in as the operator: you can turn an assistant on or off and see what it proposed, but only the partner approves.
Nothing waiting for youWhat your assistants propose shows up here for you to approve, change or dismiss.

Or have Gmail forward your email here
Instead of pasting each one, set Gmail to forward your email to your own address here. Each email it forwards is added as if you had pasted it in. Texts and voicemails are still pasted.
Copy your address
Getting your address…
Add it in Gmail
In Gmail: Settings ⚙ → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address. Paste the address, then Next → Proceed.
Enter Google's code
Gmail emails a confirmation code to the address. It shows here within a minute; type it into Gmail's Verify box.
Choose what to forward
All of it: Forward a copy of incoming mail to this address. Or only some: make a Gmail filter and tick Forward it to.
Only email your connected Gmail forwards is taken: mail from another account, or one you forward by hand, is turned away, and so is everything while Inbox and Task Triage is off. Outlook and other email can't forward here yet; paste those in.

No contacts yetThe people your assistants may write to or about: clients, leads, the lender and the title company on a deal. Already have them in a CRM? Export them as a CSV file and bring it in.
The Transaction Coordinator works from these: each date and document on record.
No deals yetAdd a deal under contract and its deadlines, and the Transaction Coordinator keeps it on schedule.
Nothing yetEverything your assistants propose, and what became of it, is kept here.
